In 1962, through the publication of "Silent Spring," the world became aware of the adverse
health effects of pesticides. Despite this fact, more than 50 years later these seemingly
understood lessons appear forsaken. In this theatrical presentation, Ms. Carson appears
straight from the 1960s to provide insight into the present day controversy surrounding
Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) in our food products.
Responsible vs. irresponsible science is the key point and will be conveyed in an
enjoyable and accessible manner. Please join us.
